Description
Marine Hardware thru-hulls are cast of red bronze, also known
as naval bronze, the most corrosion resistant copper alloy available and then chrome plated. Their parts
are cast with a very sturdy wall thickness and machined with straight
pipe thread , which blends into tapered pipe thread at the end of the
neck. This thread configuration mates with virtually any piping or valve without the need for adapter connections. Generous neck lengths,
threaded close to the flange, fit any hull thickness. Machined sealant
groove on back of flange face to prevent leakage. Complete with flanged
jam nut. Note- It’s required to have cathodic bonding system to insure
proper service of all our plumbing components. Flange Diameter is 3″ and neck length is 5″
